Strength 101

Want to spend more time under the barbel and be more efficient at the lifts? Do you want to learn accessory work that can help you develop the muscles necessary to effectively perform the lifts? Worried that any extra lifting you do will show up in tomorrow’s WOD? The answer is our new 4 week Strength 101 class.

Our one-hour class is designed to get you more time with a barbel in your hand, working on developing your strength and improving your weaknesses under the watchful eye of Coach Julie Furneisen. In addition to the lifts, you will have time to play with accessory movements to complement the primary lifts. The programming for each class is designed to compliment the week’s WODs, and ensure maximum benefit to the additional work.
